Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 21, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Inner Landscapers, operated by Juliana (Perel) Chaikin, handles personal information in connection with InnerLandscapers.com, inquiries, and requests for coaching. “We,” “us,” and “our” refer to Inner Landscapers and Juliana (Perel) Chaikin.
1. Information you provide
We collect the information you choose to share when you contact us, request a discovery call, or communicate about services. This may include:
- Your name, email address, and any phone number you provide.
- Your city or time zone and your availability for a call.
- Your question, message, and any information you choose to share about your goals or the support you are seeking.
- Email correspondence, voicemail messages, and information needed to administer appointments.
- Payment confirmations and related administrative records, such as the payment amount, date, and transaction reference.
Please share only what is needed for your inquiry. General website forms and regular email are not intended for detailed medical records, card numbers, bank account details, or other highly sensitive information.
2. Website and technical information
The website uses WordPress.com and related hosting services. Depending on the features enabled, these providers may process information such as your IP address, browser and device information, pages visited, referring website, and the date and time of your visit. This information may be used for website operation, security, spam prevention, and site statistics.
Automattic’s handling of visitor information is explained in its Privacy Notice for Visitors to Our Users’ Sites. Features and providers used on the live website affect what is collected.
3. How we use information
We use personal information as needed to:
- Read and respond to your questions or messages.
- Discuss your needs, arrange calls, and communicate about coaching.
- Send payment links, confirm payment, and maintain appointment and business records.
- Operate and protect the website, prevent misuse, and resolve technical issues.
- Meet applicable legal obligations and address disputes or requests.
Contacting us does not automatically subscribe you to a marketing mailing list.
4. Forms, email, and voicemail
When a live website form is submitted, the information is delivered to the email service used for our correspondence. A copy may also be stored in the WordPress forms dashboard and in service-provider backups, depending on the form’s settings. Voicemail and related call information may be processed by the phone service used to receive your message.
Only information needed to respond to you or administer services should be included in these messages. Please use the Contact page if you need to discuss a suitable way to share more sensitive information.
5. Payments
Discovery-call payments are requested through a link sent by email after we arrange a time. Payment details are entered with the payment provider identified in that link, rather than into the website’s contact or discovery-call form.
We may receive your name, contact information, payment status, and transaction details needed to confirm your booking and maintain records. The payment provider’s own privacy policy explains how it handles card, banking, billing, and other payment information. Please review it before paying.
6. When information is shared
Information may be processed by service providers needed to operate the practice, including website hosting, form delivery, email, phone, security, spam prevention, and payment services. We limit the information we provide to what is reasonably needed for the relevant service.
We may also disclose information where required by law, in response to valid legal process, with your permission, or when reasonably necessary to protect legal rights or address fraud, misuse, or security concerns.
We do not sell the information you submit through our contact or discovery-call forms.
7. Cookies and similar technologies
WordPress.com and enabled services may use cookies or similar technologies for site functions, preferences, security, and statistics. The cookies present depend on the services and features used. Automattic also describes advertising-related cookies for sites where advertising features are enabled.
You can manage cookies through your browser settings and any privacy or cookie controls provided on the live website. Some functions may be affected if cookies are blocked. More information is available in Automattic’s Cookie Policy.
8. Retention and security
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably needed to respond to inquiries, provide or administer services, maintain necessary business records, and meet applicable legal obligations. Retention depends on the type of information and the reason it was collected. Backup copies may remain until they are overwritten or deleted under the service provider’s retention process.
We use reasonable measures appropriate to the information and services involved to protect personal information. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Please limit sensitive information in website forms, email, and voicemail.
9. Your choices and requests
You can choose not to provide optional information. Required contact details are needed so we can respond or arrange a call. Depending on where you live and the laws that apply, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, a copy of, or deletion of personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing.
Where processing relies on your consent, you may withdraw that consent for future processing. Some information may still need to be kept for legal obligations or other lawful reasons. To make a privacy request, use the Contact page. We may ask for information reasonably needed to verify your identity before acting on a request. You may also have the right to raise a concern with your local privacy regulator.
10. Children and international processing
This website is directed to adults and is not designed to collect information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the website, please contact us so it can be reviewed and, where appropriate, removed.
Our service providers may process or store information in the United States and other countries where they operate. The privacy laws in those countries may differ from those where you live. Provider privacy notices explain their international processing practices.
11. Updates and contact
We may update this policy as the website, services, or applicable requirements change. The date above shows when the policy was last revised. Material changes will be communicated where required by applicable law.
For questions about privacy or personal information, contact Juliana (Perel) Chaikin through the Contact page.
