Welcome to Inner Landscapers, the website of Juliana (Perel) Chaikin at InnerLandscapers.com. These Terms and Conditions explain the rules for using this website and requesting coaching services. “We,” “us,” and “our” refer to Inner Landscapers and Juliana (Perel) Chaikin.

1. Using this website

By using this website, you agree to these terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the website. The website is intended for adults. You agree to provide accurate contact information and to use the website lawfully and respectfully.

You may not use the website to send spam or harmful material, impersonate another person, misuse someone else’s information, interfere with the website’s operation, or attempt to access information or systems without permission.

2. Coaching and website information

Inner Landscapers provides life coaching focused on personal growth, goals, and change. Coaching is not medical care, psychotherapy, or a substitute for support from a licensed medical or mental-health professional. Website information and coaching do not provide a medical diagnosis or medical treatment.

You remain responsible for your choices and actions. Please consult an appropriately qualified professional about medical or mental-health concerns. Website forms and messages are not monitored as an emergency service.

Submitting an inquiry does not, by itself, establish a coaching relationship or confirm an appointment. A separate coaching agreement may apply to ongoing sessions. Where a separately agreed service term conflicts with these general website terms, the agreed service term governs that service, subject to applicable law.

3. Discovery calls and payment

• A discovery call costs $25 and lasts up to 30 minutes.
• The call gives us an opportunity to discuss your needs, answer questions, and explore whether working together is a good fit.
• After receiving your request and availability, we will arrange a time by email and send you a payment link.
• Receipt of your payment is the final confirmation of your booking. Submitting the request form alone does not confirm a call.
• If you choose to continue with coaching, the $25 discovery fee will be applied to your first coaching session.

Payment is completed through the payment service identified in the link sent to you. That provider’s applicable terms also apply. Please do not send card numbers or bank account details through the website’s forms or by email.

4. Scheduling, cancellations, and refunds

Appointment details and any cancellation, rescheduling, missed-appointment, or refund arrangements will be confirmed in writing before payment. Please ask for clarification before paying if any arrangement is unclear. Prices and arrangements for ongoing coaching sessions will also be agreed before you commit to those services.

Nothing in these terms limits any cancellation or refund right that applicable law gives you.

5. Individual experiences and testimonials

Coaching experiences and outcomes vary from person to person. Testimonials describe individual experiences and do not guarantee that you will have the same result. No specific outcome or timeframe is promised.

6. Your messages and privacy

Please provide only the information needed to respond to your inquiry or arrange a call. Avoid sending detailed medical records, financial account information, or other highly sensitive information through a general website form.

How personal information is handled is described in the Privacy Policy linked in the footer. Any additional confidentiality arrangements for coaching will be addressed in the applicable coaching agreement.

7. Website content and intellectual property

Unless otherwise identified, the website’s text, branding, designs, and materials belong to Inner Landscapers or are used with permission from their owners. You may view the website and keep copies for your own personal, non-commercial use.

Other reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use requires permission, except where applicable law permits that use. Please keep any ownership or copyright notices with permitted copies.

The website and our correspondence may include links to external resources or payment services. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy policies. We may update these terms and will revise the date above when we do. Updates apply to future website use. Changes do not alter the agreed terms of an already confirmed booking unless we agree otherwise with you or applicable law requires a change.
